Your roleAs a Site Coordinator working with world-class brands, you’ll have the drive to deliver outstanding and trusted experiences for our customers. What you’ll do day to dayCollect and deliver vehicles from customers’ homes or work premises, ensuring all required paperwork is completed. Examine customer vehicles for damage and tyre safety before collection, completing damage reports and informing customers when possible. Ensure all photos of vehicle stock are up-to-date and correctly presented on all ecommerce sites. Verify that signage and pricing are correct on vehicle stock on the forecourt. Maintain systems and procedures in line with department standards and use them appropriately. Complete relevant documentation with customers when necessary. Receive and process payments from customers where required. Chauffeur company personnel and/or customers when needed. Collect/deliver small items as required. Display enthusiasm, motivation, and commitment in your work. Control the movement and security of all vehicles on site. Maintain accurate records when releasing or receiving vehicles.
