From Residential and Dementia care to Nursing, Palliative and Respite services, we care for up to 68 residents with kindness, respect and compassion.Now, we are looking for trainee Care Assistants — people who might never have worked in care before but feel drawn to it. Whether you’re returning to work, changing careers, or looking for purpose in your next role, we’re here to support you every step of the way.What We Offer£12.70 per hour Contracted or flexible hours – up to 48 hours per week Paid PVG, uniform, onsite parking and free meals 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full-time contract) Full training provided – no prior experience needed Two-week shadowing and induction with a dedicated buddy Daily support from team leaders and clinical staff Opportunities to gain qualifications and grow your careerYour RoleYou’ll work alongside experienced carers, learning how to support residents with personal care, mobility, mealtimes and companionship. You’ll build confidence through shadowing, regular catch-ups, and ongoing guidance.
