This hands-on role involves managing servers, networks, virtualisation, cloud services, and team development – all aligned with the school’s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Deliver and manage the school's IT strategy with senior stakeholders Maintain and support desktop, server, and network infrastructure Lead and mentor onsite technicians Ensure high-quality service delivery and documentation Liaise with third-party suppliers You’ll Need: 5+ years of technical support experience in schools Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and virtualisation (Hyper-V/VMware) Experience with safeguarding-aligned security practices Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
