What you’ll do:As aFamily Practitioner , you will play a vital role in supporting children and their families. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a caseload with tailored support and interventions Collaborating with social workers and other professionals to assess needs and develop comprehensive family plans Delivering a range of tasks and interventions within our strengths-based Hampshire Approach framework What we’re looking for:We’re seeking practitioners who bring: Experience working with children and their families Strong skills in motivating and engaging families to achieve positive outcomes Excellent communication and IT skills You will be required to travel to various locations within Hampshire, and it is essential that you have a current drivers’ licence and access to a reliable vehicle on a regular basis.
