They help with personal care tasks, meal preparation, medication requirements, and much more!What We Do DifferentlyWe provide cars for all our carers, with all fuel costs covered.We offer contracts to our care staff, guaranteeing their hours.We are implementing standard working patterns, whether that is 0700-1400 or 1400-2200.BenefitsCompetitive pay with a base rate of £14.50 per hour call on weekdays, with enhancements for unsociable hours.DBS check covered (subject to T&C's).£250 referral bonus for each friend you refer, who joins our team (subject to T&C's).Two full days of induction training to achieve Care Certificate Level, provided by our qualified trainers.Career development opportunities, including support for NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 in Health and Social Care.We are expanding to include more complex care packages.
