Job Title: Low Voltage Project Manager (Commercial) Key Responsibilities: Manage the full project lifecycle for assigned low voltage and integrated security projects Lead and supervise assigned technicians and field teams Oversee project scope, budget, and schedule, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial targets Coordinate technician assignments based on project requirements and skillsets Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and manage resource planning Perform financial forecasting, cost analysis, and project billing Requisition materials and coordinate deliveries in collaboration with purchasing Conduct project administration including: Meeting coordination, Construction schedules, RFIs, submittals, and transmittals, Change order management, Punch list tracking Attend customer meetings and conduct regular job site visits to monitor project progress and ensure quality control Support the service department on post-deployment issues or troubleshooting needs Skills & Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in a Project Manager role, ideally within the low voltage, security systems, or commercial construction industry Proven ability to lead projects from initiation to closeout, including budgeting, design coordination, installation, and client handoff Degree in Construction Project Management or equivalent work experience Industry certifications such as PMI CAPM, PMI PMP, AVIXA CTS, CSPM are welcomed but not required Strong knowledge of project management processes and best practices Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems, scheduling tools, and material management software Familiarity with access control, CCTV, intrusion alarm, and intercom systems is a plus Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and mobile technology tools Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to lead teams and coordinate effectively across departments Professional judgment and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage confidential information with discretion Customer service oriented and proactive in resolving issues Benefits include: Competitive compensation package Paid Personal Time Off (Vacation/Sick) Comprehensive Health, Dental, Vision, Short & Long-Term Disability, and Life Insurance 401(k) with employer match Tuition Reimbursement Program Company vehicle or vehicle reimbursement Cell phone reimbursement Company laptop/iPad or tablet Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. Tiello LLC is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
