Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to ensure coordinated care. Contribute to effective shift handovers and maintain clear documentation. Ensure care records are maintained accurately and in line with legal and company standards. Assist at mealtimes and prepare snacks and hot drinks. Assist with personal care. Promote dignity, privacy, and respect in all aspects of care delivery.
