The successful applicant must have a minimum 2 years post graduate experience as a Band 5 Occupational Therapist or equivalent.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a specialist area of occupational therapy practice and work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver a high quality and evidence based practice for clients of the CWP Specialist Perinatal Mental Health Services. The successful applicant will offer specialist occupational therapy assessment and treatment focusing on perinatal mental health, transition to parenthood and consider the infant and mother-infant relationship.This post is to caseload hold in the Cheshire East area of the CWP patch where we have a base in Beech House, Macclesfield.We will consider Band 5 - Band 6 developmental postMain duties of the jobThis is a part time 30 hours per week, covering core working hours (9am-5pm) Monday to Friday. Flexible/ job-share / part time arrangements may be considered.The team cover the whole of the CWP footprint and four maternity units across the patch including ; - Arrowe Park Hospital - Wirral, Countess of Chester Hospital - Chester, Leighton Hospital - Crewe, Macclesfield District & General Hospital - Macclesfield.
