As ourSenior Showroom Consultant , you'll play a key role in shaping the day-to-day success of our new Knutsford showroom.Supporting the Showroom Manager with daily operations and smooth running of the store Delivering expert advice to customers through personalised consultations and styled product recommendations Taking the lead on the shop floor – motivating the team and helping them grow in confidence Creating beautiful in-store displays and mood boards that show off our latest designs Managing and driving bookings for colour and design consultations Standing in for the Manager when needed – keeping things calm, focused and commercially sound Getting involved in in-store and local events that bring the brand to lifeWhat makes you our ideal Senior Showroom Consultant?Experience in a customer-facing role – ideally with a bit of interiors, fashion or lifestyle flair Natural leadership skills – confident coaching and encouraging others Great with colour, styling and visual merchandising Warm, personable and able to connect with customers easily Organised and unflappable – even when things get busy Motivated by helping people fall in love with their homesThe PerksWorking at Graham & Brown comes with plenty of good stuff:6.4 weeks' holiday entitlement, inclusive of Bank Holidays Your birthday off (on us!)
