This opportunity is available for a highly motivated and focused Clinical Pharmacist-IP, who will be responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day activities within general practice, while playing a vital role in providing pharmaceutical care and advice to patients focusing on best practice and adhering to safety guidelines.
