Job RoleWe are looking for Registered Nurses with a valid NMC pin number to share our mission: The home's mission is to 'enhance the lives of residents in their care by bringing them joy, happiness and fulfilment, by providing the highest quality of care and services, whilst always striving for excellence.' ResponsibilitiesAchieve a high standard of care. Lead the care team to deliver outcomes for the residents. Maintain effective verbal and written communication, including accurate reports on residents and updates to the senior care team. Manage wound care and ensure care procedures adhere to policies. Administer and record medicines according to policy and statutory requirements. Provide personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting. Offer physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort. Supervise and appraise staff within the team. Implement routine and procedural changes as agreed with the Manager. Assess prospective residents. Complete duty rotas as needed. Conduct internal quality audits. Participate in staff training and development. Assist in managing budgets.
