This full-time role offers the chance to join a supportive environment where your skills will play a key part in delivering excellent client service.About The RoleAs part of the Residential Conveyancing Department, you will work closely with experienced solicitors to ensure transactions run smoothly from instruction to completion. This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone with a strong background in legal support and a proactive approach to their work.Key ResponsibilitiesTyping legal documents accurately and efficiently, including audio dictation Managing incoming calls and acting as a professional, friendly first point of contact Preparing and formatting correspondence, contracts, and forms Liaising with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders Diary and file management, including opening, closing, and general admin supportWhat We're Looking ForTyping & Admin Skills: Strong attention to detail with fast, accurate typing Conveyancing Experience: Previous experience in a conveyancing role is highly desirable Communication: A confident and friendly telephone manner Organisation: Reliable, efficient, and comfortable working to deadlinesWhats On OfferCompetitive Salary: Reflective of experience Generous Holiday Allowance: 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays Team Culture: Join a welcoming, close-knit team that values collaboration Development: Opportunities for growth and progression within the firmWhy Join?This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive firm with a reputation for excellent client care.
