As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the room and ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children. What You’ll Do: Supporting the day-to-day running of the room Providing high-quality learning experiences in line with theEYFS Working as part of afriendly, experienced, and supportive team Using your initiative while also taking direction when needed Bringing creativity, vision, and enthusiasm to your practice Are You the One We’re Looking For? What You’ll Need: A relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification A minimum of two years post qualifying experience Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework Great IT skills and a collaborative spirit Please refer to the Job description in full for further details about the role In accordance with safer recruitment processes many of the roles we recruit for require successful candidates to undertake an appropriate criminal record background check. Days and hoursYou will be contracted for 36 hours per week during term time. Working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8am-6pm (Wednesday off). Job share will be considered for this role. Salary and BenefitsSalary is £19,285.80 (Term Time, includes holiday pay) Additional benefits we offer include.
