You will be able to work within the four pillars of practice.Within your professional boundaries you will assess, diagnose and prescribe where appropriate. You will provide advice, care and management patients presenting with undiagnosed or undiagnosed undifferentiated illness. Your role will include supporting the delivery of policy, procedures and leadership as required.The successful candidate will demonstrate clinical reasoning, critical thinking and will be key to supporting clinical work across the healthcare team to meet the needs of patients.Assess and holistically clinically examine patients with both minor and complex needs through history taking, physical examination and appropriate use of investigations to confirm diagnosis. Plan, implement and evaluate an effective management plan for the patient, ensuring safe discharge/referral and/or transfer to an appropriate health care service. Provide information and advice on prescribed or over-the-counter medication on medication regimens, side-effects and interactions.
