This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor who is looking for a new challenge. Manage day to day HR issues including ER cases. Provide training to management to reduce absenteeism. Support with the HR agenda including wellbeing and DE&I. Policy work and development. Working with international team.You will need: CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards. Strong ER case management experience. Strong employment law knowledge.
