The RoleAt Sofina Foods, we're looking for a detail-driven, commercially minded Finance Analyst to support our Central business functions. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact through high-quality reporting, cost analysis, and financial insight that directly supports decision-making and business planning.You'll be a key business partner to a range of central teams, bringing clarity to performance, enabling effective forecasting, and supporting strategic initiatives through data-driven analysis.This is more than a reporting role - it's a chance to work cross-functionally, contribute to business transformation, and develop your skills in a fast-paced, international environment.The Ideal CandidateCIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified/part-qualified accountant, ideally with at least two years' industry experience. FMCG and manufacturing background desirable - ideally international. Advanced spreadsheet skills together with working knowledge of SAP accounting software would be beneficial. Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyse and summarise complex information. Attention to detail and commitment to high quality and reliability of deliverables. Organisation skills along with ability to manage time effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to discuss and explain financial information with colleagues who do not have financial background. Ability to work well in a team, within the group accounting team as well as the wider business. Reviewing, investigating and explaining monthly performance analytics and reports for Central costs. Business partnering with central function teams to understand, comment on and report financial performance accurately. Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Support accounting and reporting teams with financial information. Support/lead one-off and recurring projects and analysis as required by the business.
