Our teams thrive on collaboration, working with respect, honesty, and integrity.This role is exciting and will be varied throughout the year, depending on the season.We'd love for you to be a part of our team.Responsibilities IncludeCyclical activities including grass cutting/Weed spraying- using tractors with front and side arm flails, remote control bank mowers, ride on mowers, specialist machinery such as reforms and barrier mowers, and of course brush cutters. Tree and hedge work, hazardous tree removal, ADB, sign and CCTV clearance and hedgerow maintenance or reduction outside of bird nesting season - Mixture of methods using mechanical Arb, Mewp and Climbing De-vegetation of ditches or other infrastructures, new structures and roads Planting Other ad-hoc tasks that helps our clients.Arborist/Machine Operatives will work in a team under the guidance of a working supervisor to help deliver all contractual obligations to an exceptional standard.What good looks like for a Arborist/Machine OperativeYou do NOT need to be experienced in highways, although it would be beneficial.
