Job Description Are you an experienced Fabricator or MIG Welder with a passion for precision engineering?Impact Recruitment is working with a client who specialise in the design, manufacture, and supply of custom-built equipment and general fabrications. They are looking for a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join their production team. This hands-on role involves the fabrication of bespoke mild steel equipment using both standard stock sections and precision-machined parts.Salary:£35,000 - £36,000 (Depending on experience) Hours:Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm Location:NorthamptonJob Duties:Read and interpret engineering drawings to build bespoke lifting components.Fabricate components from mild steel using MIG welding techniques.Accurately tack, weld, grind, and finish work to a high standard.Work alongside our machine operator to ensure seamless production.Follow and adapt to weekly production schedules and deadlines.Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with company standards.Assist with occasional general fabrication tasks as needed.Requirements:Minimum 3 years' experience in MIG welding and fabrication (required).Strong ability to fabricate accurately and efficiently from technical drawings.Confident working independently and as part of a team.A problem-solver with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.TIG welding experience (advantageous but not essential).If you're looking for a hands-on role with exciting projects and great long-term potential, apply now with your CV or call us on01604 239555 .#J-18808-Ljbffr
