This role will be working across the Oxford, carrying out vital upgrades and installations across commercial properties (retail). The company offers long-term stability, training opportunities, and a supportive working environment.Role And ResponsibilitiesPerform planned/reactive maintenance and repairs across multiple sites. Diagnose faults and ensure safe, efficient resolution. Maintain clear communication with clients, reporting issues and updates during visits. Accurately complete service records, inspection logs, and remedial work documentation. Follow Health & Safety and Permit to Work procedures. Participate in an on-call rota as required. Carry out manual tasks, including lifting, working at height, and in confined spaces. Use mobile devices for task management and reporting. Monday - FridayRequirementsProven experience in a Maintenance or Facilities Management environment. Holds relevant qualifications (e.g. City & Guilds Level 3 or 5, NVQ, or HNC equivalent). Solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations, Permit to Work systems, and safe working practices.
