Job Description ROLE: Machine OperatorLOCATION: RaundsHOURS OF WORK: 0600-1400/1400-2200 (Rotating Shift) Monday-ThursdayFriday 0600-1100/ 1100 - 1600BASIC SALARY: £14.12 per hour.***Temporary to Permanent***Do you have experience within a fast-paced Production environment?Are you available to start immediately?If so, we'd like to hear from you!Company ProfileOur client is seeking a Machine Operator to join their organisation based in Raunds on a permanent basis.In this role, you will be responsible for:Maintaining the machine is running smoothly in accordance with productivity targetsManually packing and wrapping the products into the correct boxes ready for shippingSetting the machines up to produce products in line with the company's quality programmeEscalating quality or productivity issues to the managersUsing a computer to keep systems updated with the products being produced dailyMaking sure you are completing specified product metricsPrinting off labels for the boxesConsistently working in a safe manner & adhering to the operational proceduresParticipating in company safety checks, ensuring you continue to maintain a safe environmentMaintaining a clean working stationPerson specification:Experience working as a Machine OperatorMust enjoying working in a teamAble to work in a shift patternBeing flexible and able to adapt to changing environmentsIf you have the relevant experience our client is looking for in this Machine Operator role, we would like to hear from you.
