TST Group is looking for a capable and commercially mindedManagement Accountantto join our finance team. This is a critical role at the heart of our operations—providing accurate reporting, driving financial clarity, and supporting better decision-making across the business. As we continue to grow across the UK and Ireland, your input will help us stay agile, efficient and insight-led. You’ll be involved in modernising our systems, supporting operational performance, and ensuring we have the financial tools and reports needed to move forward with confidence. What success looks like: Timely, accurate management accounts, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow forecasts A hands-on contribution to the successful rollout of our new ERP system Clear and consistent reporting that helps our team track performance and plan effectively Accurate VAT returns, reconciliations, and audit support with minimal rework A proactive, problem-solving approach that adds value beyond the numbers Where you’ll fit in: Reporting to the Finance Director, you’ll work closely with both finance and operational teams across the business. As a key contributor to our planning and reporting cycles, your role will underpin everything from day-to-day management to strategic growth initiatives. At TST Group, finance doesn’t sit on the sidelines—it’s embedded in the rhythm of the business.
