If you are energetic and can deliver outstanding results, we will give you the opportunity to build a rewarding and successful career.Overall Purpose of RoleTo achieve profitable growth in the Express division by analysing customer quotes, supporting the Sales team and supporting with commercial projectsMain ResponsibilitiesAnalysing tariff sales quotations, discussion with the Sales team and production of customer service agreements.Support with bespoke quotations when requested by the Head of Commercial.Checking of sales documentation for account implementation.Customer profile reviews issue identification & resolution.Analysis of customer manifest data to provide information for decision making.Compilation of commercial statistical information as requiredSales admin support and query resolutionAd hoc project support as requiredMeasuresAccurate & timely processing of quotationsQuotations & agreement documents produced to a high standardPositive feedback from internal stakeholdersAssisting with projects on time to benefit the businessSkillsHas strong interpersonal & communication skills with a professional telephone mannerShows initiative with a pro-active approach to problem solvingWorks well within a team, in a fast paced environment, professional, high integrity and possesses a strong can-do attitudeHigh levels of attention to detail, numeracy & analytical skills.
