The team emphasizes relationship-based and strengths-based management. As a Team Manager, you will lead a Family Safeguarding team, working with both experienced and newly qualified workers, fostering positive relationships with partner agencies, and supporting proactive, thoughtful support to families. What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?You should have some supervisory experience or management experience, be passionate about relationship-based social work, and be a qualified social worker registered with Social Work England with substantial experience working with children and families.
