The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you will: Build and manage strong relationships, delivering temporary recruitment solutions to our clients. Own the end-to-end recruitment process – from business development, interviewing candidates through to offer negotiation. Use job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter and social media to attract both active and passive candidates. Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates across industrial & driving sectors. Stay on top of market trends to provide a consultative approach, delivering expert advice and talent insights. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of recruitment experience (ideally in Industrial or HGV/Driving Temp Recruitment). Strong business development skills and a consultative approach to client management. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. A full UK driving licence (this role is office-based and travel to client sites will be required).
