The Role This is an exciting opportunity for a 360Recruitment Consultantready to take their career to the next step. Based in the Cirencester office, you will help grow and fulfil their recruitment offering to their loyal clients in the South West, as well as help build a new client base. Key Responsibilities: Full 360 recruitment, focusing on roles within Sales, Electronics, Engineering, or related Technical/Professional services sectors. Building and maintaining client relationships, with an emphasis on business development. Developing a strong talent pipeline to meet client needs. You MUST have: Proven experience in a full 360 recruitment agency role within the Technical, Professional Services, IT, or Engineering sectors. A proactive and driven mindset.
