Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation. Developing in-depth competence in MBE and MOCVD growth and structure characterisation. Conducting materials characterisation activities including:X-ray diffraction (XRD)Hall measurementsPhotoluminescence (PL)Electrochemical CV (ECV)Resistivity measurementsSurface defectivity assessmentsExperience And QualificationsA degree in Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related disciplineSignificant post-graduate experience in a semiconductor material growth role.Knowledge of MBE and/or MOCVD growth operationsPractical experience in III-V epitaxial growthExperience with GaAs pHEMTs and GaN HEMTs is highly desirableProficiency with SPC and DOE techniquesApply Now!
