Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same?Top Mark Solutionsis looking for aFacilities Maintenance Specialistto join our dynamic team and and play a key role in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance across various projects. This is ahands-on rolewhere you’ll be out on the tools daily – not just supervising. From leak investigations to minor fencing works, render cleaning to flagging repairs – if you’re someone who can turn their hand to a bit of everything, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Be Doing: Carrying out a range of reactive maintenance tasks including: Leak detection and investigation Fencing and small repairs Guttering works and render cleaning General remedial jobs across multiple sites Managing your van, tools, and materials to stay job-ready Recording job details and communicating with the office team via tablet or phone Supporting with occasional weekend or emergency call-outs (on a rota basis) Taking progress photos and videos for internal and client use Keeping safety gear, tools, and workspaces tidy and compliant at all times What We’re Looking For: Solid experience in general building or property maintenance Confidence to work independently and troubleshoot on the job Good communication skills and attention to detail Someone who takes pride in delivering neat, professional work Full UK driving licence Bonus: experience with gutter vacs, pressure washers, fencing, paving, or social housing maintenance Why Work With Us?
