This role is focused on break-fix of Lenovo laptops and AIOs, light IMAC duties, Windows deployments, desk side support site cover, and hands-and-feet support. You’ll plan your own day around scheduled tickets, travelling between sites in a provided van, and working as part of a wider regional field team.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform break-fix on Lenovo laptops and Lenovo AIOs Carry out IMAC activities (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes) for end-user IT equipment Rebuild and image devices using standard Windows deployment tools Provide basic hands-and-feet support for infrastructure tasks (e.g. patching, device swaps) Provide desk side support site cover as required Represent A&O IT Group professionally on-siteRequired Skills & ExperienceMinimum 3 years’ field service experience in IT hardware repair Confident in laptop diagnosis and repair, especially Lenovo models Able to work independently, plan daily routes, and manage multiple call-outs Comfortable with Windows deployments and following technical procedures Full UK driving licence – daily driving required (no more than 6 penalty points) I.T.
