In this role, you will support the delivery of excellent customer service and uphold food safety standards through effective documentation, reporting, and internal auditing processes.Manage and respond to customer complaints, including logging, trending, and issuing investigations. Maintain and update technical documentation, including export paperwork, KPI reports, and QMS records. Track and trend out-of-spec results in chemistry and microbiology, ensuring accurate reporting. Support internal audits by distributing schedules, updating templates, and ensuring non-conformance close-outs. Compile and maintain spreadsheets for nutritional data, raw materials, and packaging information.The Ideal CandidateWe believe that success is built upon collaboration and diverse perspectives.
