Job DescriptionLine Leader/Machine OperatorLocation:Sidcup Salary:£13.50 per hour to £14 per hour (based on experience) Hours:Full-time, early starts (approx. 7am/8am), average 40 hours per weekThe OpportunityWe're working with a successful and fast-growing fresh produce business in Sidcup who are seeking a reliable and motivatedLine Leaderto join their production team.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with machine operating experience - ideally withProseal machineryor similar - looking to take the next step or further develop their leadership skills.Full training will be provided for the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support a small production team on the packing lineOperate and oversee machinery to ensure efficiency and accuracyMonitor quality control and product standardsMaintain a clean, safe, and organised working environmentReport performance or technical issues to the Packhouse ManagerSupport in training and upskilling team membersWhat We're Looking ForFresh Produce industry experienceExperience operating packing or sealing machinery (Proseal experience ideal)Previous experience as a Line Leader or in a supervisory role isA proactive, hands-on approach and strong attention to detailAble to work under pressure and adapt to changing workloadsFlexible with working hours and reliable in attendanceWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceFull training and support providedFriendly, supportive teamOpportunity to progress within a growing businessEarly finishes when daily targets are met (flexibility around busy periods)Interested?
