Initially, you will attend full-time training at the University of Sheffield AMRC Training Centre until June 2026, returning to your workplace one Friday per month. Subsequently, you will attend the training centre one day a week for knowledge studies, spending the remaining four days in Worcester learning machine maintenance for approximately 15 months.
