You will also receive regular business updates and performance feedback. About You Our Optical Managers are crucial to our success, overseeing the entire operation. Responsibilities include managing your team of Optometrists and Optical Assistants, ensuring compliance, reviewing sales forecasts and targets, and handling customer queries. The role involves clinic management and shop floor oversight to meet customer needs. Working closely with an Optometrist, you will coach and develop your team, so confidence in coaching is essential. Due to the fast-paced nature of the role, strong organization and time management skills are required. You will need to be: A fully qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOC On track to meet CPD points requirements Confident in coaching others Able to provide excellent customer and patient care Driven and ambitious to meet department targets Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced optics environment Organized and effective in time management Apply today by completing an online application.
