Our client is a large fabrication company that offers stable, long-term employment. They are expanding their Robot Weld team and are looking for skilled operators. Role Details: Responsible for setting up and operating computer-controlled machines/robots to perform welding on steel products. Measure finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications using measuring equipment, templates, and fixtures. Hours: Option between fixed day shift or rotating shift pattern. Day Shift: Monday to Thursday 07:30 - 16:30, Friday 06:00 - 12:00. Rotating Shift: Monday to Friday, 6 am to 2 pm one week, 2 pm to 10 pm the next, with half-day on Fridays. Overtime is available and paid at an enhanced rate. Pay: £15.75 - £21.00 per hour, depending on skills and shift. £2000 signing bonus. 10% bonus on hours exceeding 48 per week. Weekly pay every Friday. Skills & Experience: At least 2 years of Robot Weld experience in a fabrication environment. Benefits: 28 days holiday per year. Company pension. Half-day Fridays.
