Implementing ongoing training initiatives to keep team members updated on products, customer requirements, best practices, and policies. Overseeing daily operations, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement. Supporting recruitment, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new drivers. Responding to urgent customer requests as directed by scheduling or management, which may involve extra hours. Conducting comprehensive induction training for new team members. Providing performance feedback to individuals and management. Essential requirementsPrevious training/coaching experience (desirable) Excellent service delivery and driving skills Ability to work effectively with managers, drivers, HR, L&D, and Health & Safety teams Adherence to health and safety regulations, including wearing protective clothing Resilience and ability to work under pressure Full UK manual driving licensefor at least 12 months (subject to insurance), with no more than 6 points Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check Vaccinations against Hepatitis B, tetanus, and polio are mandatory due to the nature of waste handling and customer service Apply today with your CV.
