You'll be supporting children aged 6 to 12 who have experienced trauma, helping them heal, grow, and build brighter futures. Working in a therapeutic 24-hour care and education service, your role will be vital in supporting children to develop positive relationships, self-confidence, and essential life skills both at home and in school. About You : You dont need to be a child care expert just someone withheart, resilience, and the desire to make a difference . We offer full training and development for the right person. What were looking for: Avalid driving licence and access to a vehicle(essential) A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential Experience in child support, education, or care is desirable but not essential Confidence in managing challenging behaviour and providing personal care A strong understanding ofsafeguardingand commitment to safe practice NVQ qualifications are a bonus but well help you achieve them if not!
