Your new role As a Supply Chain Planner, you will play a pivotal role in managing consignment stock and supplier-owned inventory (SOI), while also providing backup support for EU/US hubs. Your responsibilities will include: Monitoring customer order demand versus actual consumption and identifying potential issues. Ensuring OTIF (On Time In Full) targets are met and implementing improvement strategies. Managing inventory across multiple platforms, including stock planning, replenishment, and month-end reconciliation with Finance. Leading regular customer demand meetings to ensure accurate forecasting. Maintaining effective communication with Sales, Customer Service, and other departments. Supporting seamless order flow by backing up team members. Managing customer payment timelines, escalating overdue accounts, and following up as needed. This role requires strong cross-functional engagement and the ability to influence stakeholders across the business.What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar supply chain role within a manufacturing environment. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and experience using SAP. A proactive, driven, and agile mindset with a strong customer focus. Excellent planning, prioritising, and problem-solving abilities.What you'll get in return A competitive salary of £34,000-£35,000 per annum.
