You’ll join us as Clinical Governance Lead, working closely with our experienced Specialist Clinical Leads, Matron, and Quality Lead — and reporting directly to the Director of Patient Services. You’ll play a central part in delivering our existing governance action plan and driving forward our ambition to maintain Outstanding CQC standards (last achieved in 2021). You’ll also help ensure the highest standards of care and continuous improvement remain at the heart of our services. We’re looking for a confident and improvement-minded leader — someone who is passionate about getting things right for patients and families, striving for excellence, understanding patient safety and quality improvement and collaborative working. Ideally, you’ll bring some experience in clinical governance or quality roles, but we’ll provide support and guidance throughout to help you thrive in this role.
