Join a vibrant cultural organisation as a Visitor Experience Assistant this summer in the heart of Birmingham. The Role As a Visitor Experience Assistant, you’ll play a key part in delivering an exceptional visitor experience at one of the UK's most iconic museums and art galleries. This temporary summer role is perfect for someone with a warm, proactive attitude and a passion for the arts.Key responsibilities include:Proactively welcoming and engaging with visitors to ensure a positive and memorable experience Professionally responding to enquiries and feedback, escalating when necessary Supporting retail, food & beverage, and ticketing services to drive financial KPIs Assisting with school group visits, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable journey Staying informed about exhibitions and site updates to assist with visitor queries Following emergency procedures to ensure visitor and colleague safety Starting date: 4th August 2025 (compulsory induction day)You will need to be able to commit to weekdays and weekend full-day shifts from 9:15 to 17:30 on 4th and 5th August; 9th -12th August; 16th -19th August; 23rd-26th August; 30th -31st August 2025.
