Our client is a global leader in Facilities and Logistics within the Airport sector. This is a permanent position leading 2 key contracts and offers excellent scope for further progression within the business. In the role of General Manager - Airside Operations, you will provide leadership and performance management across the operation. You will drive a culture of performance excellence whilst maintaining a great relationship with the customer and engaging multiple departments including Facilities, Transport, Planning, HR & Customer Service. You will ensure that the operation achieves business objectives in the following key areas: Operational leadership Employee engagement Processes & Procedures People Management Health & Safety Reporting We are looking to speak with candidates that meet the following criteria: Previous experience working within Logistics, Facilities Management, or a similar operational environment- Essential Experience within Aviation and an understanding of Airside operations- Essential The ability to lead and drive performance in a heavily KPI-driven environment- Essential Experience with cost and budget control- Essential Within commuting distance of Bristol- Essential Must pass a DBS check and be able to provide 5 years of reference information- Essential The successful candidate for the role of General Manager - Airside Operations will receive a competitive salary, car allowance, bonus, and a range of additional benefits.
