Home > Jobs > Senior Associate Director / Director, Rating (London or Birmingham) The Role The Director/Senior Associate Director within the Rating team is responsible for delivering profitable fee income to the business. The role requires a broad range of experience across various property types and the ability to work independently. While not directly managing staff, the role involves providing guidance and training to junior team members. Responsibilities Maintain and develop client relationships to meet financial targets. Build a strong track record of repeat instructions. Promote and sell the Rating services to clients and secure new business. Expand business from existing and new clients. Provide sound, profitable advice and transactions. Manage fee negotiations, billing, and debtors. Monitor current and prospective assignments and take appropriate actions. Forecast fees accurately as required. Provide management information to senior leadership. Contribute to promoting the Rating offering within BNP Paribas. Enhance the profitability of the Rating team. Ensure quality service through regular client reviews. Assist in Key Account Management to understand client needs. Collaborate with colleagues across the company to achieve objectives. Manage resources on assignments where appropriate. Attend networking events and stay informed on market developments. Support initiatives to improve profitability. Person Specification Qualifications Degree-level education. Experience Understanding of financial markets and instruments. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Significant experience in the UK Real Estate market with a strong Rating background. Proven track record of growth and profitability enhancement. Strong reputation as a new business generator.
