Your Impact Design and implement effective leadership and development programs tailored for hourly employees and kitchen management teams Create an employee lifecycle that yields a highly motivated and skilled national team Work with executive team on organizational design and hiring roadmap Oversee recruiting and workforce development to help us scale Work with the executive team to develop a strong culture across the organization Oversee additional HR initiatives Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in People Operations, specializing in building high-performing teams of field employees.
