Base pay range$120,000.00/yr - $195,000.00/yr Primary FunctionThis position focuses on the Mission Critical market sector and requires significant project leadership experience in this area. Responsibilities include leading project teams, liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities, and overseeing all project activities to meet quality and profit goals. TYPICAL DUTIESAssist with proposal processes and negotiations. Lead all project phases from programming to construction administration. Manage project planning, scheduling, staffing, and client relations. Coordinate design reviews and manage bidding and construction phases. Participate in marketing efforts and post-construction evaluations. Skill, Knowledge, Education, and ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering. Professional Licensure. LEED accreditation preferred. Minimum ten years' experience with significant Mission Critical projects. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Physical RequirementsTravel to project sites for meetings and evaluations. Access to project sites for observation and investigation.
