We're looking for a General Manager for a food lead community pub in Dorchester. Salary up to £45,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package. It is in a great location with strong trade. It attracts a mixture of lunchtime regulars and family diners but there is still huge growth potential at the site. Garden should be a key focus that can be capitalized on. We are looking for a food focused operator with a strong background in volume food to take this business forward to reach it's full potential. The pub is turning over £26,000 per week on a 70/30 wet lead split. Management accommodation is available in the form of three bedrooms. Have you got what it takes?
