The successful candidate will provide vital administrative support to the Independent Financial Adviser, ensuring the efficient management of client records, documentation, and communication. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to grow within financial services in a supportive and client-focused environment.Summary of the Role:Preparation and processing of new business applications (pensions, investments, protection, etc.)Managing annual client reviews and maintaining up-to-date documentationLiaising with clients, product providers, and advisers to obtain and chase outstanding informationMaintaining accurate and current client records using CRM system Intelligent OfficeObtaining quotes, illustrations, and valuations from providersPreparing meeting packs and reports for the adviserEnsuring all tasks are compliant with FCA regulations and company proceduresSupporting the adviser with various ad-hoc administrative tasksKey Qualities and Skills Required:Previous experience within an IFA or financial planning firm (essential)Solid understanding of financial products such as pensions, ISAs, investments, and protectionHighly organised with strong communication skillsExceptional attention to detail and accuracyConfident in using financial platforms and CRM systemsIndustry qualifications an advantageWhat Were Looking For:The ideal candidate will be a proactive and reliable administrator with experience in financial services.
