This is a fantastic opportunity to take a lead role in delivering complex and high-profile stadium projects , working alongside some of the most respected professionals in the industry.As BIM Lead, you'll be responsible for overseeing BIM strategy, coordination, and delivery across major projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and client requirements. You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive innovation and efficiency through digital design.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage BIM implementation on large-scale stadium and sports-related projectsCoordinate models across disciplines and ensure quality and consistencyDevelop and maintain project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)Support teams in model federation, clash detection, and resolutionLiaise with clients, design teams, and contractors throughout the project lifecycleEnsure compliance with ISO 19650 standards and other relevant protocolsWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience in a BIM leadership or coordination roleStrong knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360Experience working on large-scale or complex projects - stadium/sports sector experience is a plusFamiliarity with UK BIM standards, including ISO 19650Excellent communication and leadership skillsWhat's on Offer:Opportunity to work on landmark stadium projectsHybrid working (2-3 days in the office)Collaborative and inclusive work environmentCompetitive salary and benefits packageCareer progression within a global consultancyInterested in learning more Apply now or get in touch for a confidential discussion.TPBN1_UKTJ
