We are seeking a dynamic Engineering Program Director to lead our engineering project management function and drive the technical development of the Allye MAX battery energy storage systems. This is a hands-on engineering leadership role where you will build and manage a team of project engineers whilst maintaining direct involvement in technical decision-making and system development.As the engineering program leader, you will coordinate all activities across multiple engineering disciplines, external stakeholders, and manufacturing partners.
