This role is responsible for translating business needs into effective technical solutions, ensuring systems and processes deliver value across the organization.Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current processes and future requirementsConduct business process analysis and document functional requirementsReview existing systems and identify areas for improvementRecommend solutions aligned with business objectives and best practicesPrepare functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteriaWork with technical teams and project managers throughout the implementation lifecycleSupport system testing, user acceptance testing, and quality assuranceMonitor system performance and gather user feedbackIdentify opportunities for process and system enhancementsSkills and Experience:Experience in a Business Analyst roleFamiliarity with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboardsStrong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mappingUnderstanding of Agile/Scrum methodologiesAbout IdeagenIdeagen is the invisible force behind many things we rely on every day - from keeping airplanes soaring in the sky, to ensuring the food on our tables is safe, to helping doctors and nurses care for the sick.
