Clinical Trials Data Administrator - Strand, London, WC2R 2LSAbout UsThe Skin Therapy Research Unit (STRU) at St Johns Institute of Dermatology provides a range of services and facilities to support research aimed at improving outcomes in people with skin disease. The Unit provides a range of services and facilities to support research aimed at improving outcomes in people with skin disease. Work extends from genetic discovery through to a comprehensive portfolio of clinical trials (phase II onwards) and biomarker-enabled precision medicine. The Unit works with investigators within both the academic and industry community, collaborating closely with The Cutaneous Immunology Group, Skin Inflammation Genetics Group and Genomic Medicine at Kings College London. About the roleThe data administrators role is to support high quality data entry and management for the clinical trials and observational studies being run at the Skin Therapy Research Unit at St Johns Institute of Dermatology. The post holder will be responsible for timely and accurate data entry into case report forms and the relevant electronic data capture system for each study, responding to data queries, and sending data queries to study sites as appropriate. They will also be expected to help with data cleaning where appropriate. The post holder is required to work with all members of the multi-disciplinary team within the Skin Therapy Research Unit and external stakeholders to facilitate a highly responsive service. The role requires a motivated individual with a background in clinical research administration. They must also have a knowledge and understanding of both clinical and research protocols to ensure participants details are entered into the database and case report forms in a timely fashion.This post is expected to be solely on site.This is a part time post (28 hours per week), and you will be offered a fixed term contract until 31st July 2026.
