Were not building software from scratchwere working with trusted third-party providers (like CIPHR) to create a seamless, user-friendly experience for our teams. Your job? Make sure those systems deliver.Youll be the go-to expert for our digital HR toolsrepresenting the needs of the HR team, shaping how our systems are configured, and working with suppliers to drive meaningful improvements.
