Coordinate product change and feasibility requests, ensuring accurate and timely data submission Manage the Product Change Request tracker and escalate delays where necessary Present material tracking data in weekly product change huddles and reviews Oversee processes related to packaging, product changes, and discontinuations in collaboration with stakeholders Ensure timely delivery of master data and packaging artwork for approved changes Provide ad-hoc collaboration with the Pack & Product Change Manager, contributing to reporting and continuous improvement initiatives The Ingredients (What Were Looking For)Key Skills Excellent organisational skills, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and solving problems Strong communication and teamwork skills You enjoy working with others to get things done Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Desirable Skills Experience in a project coordination or packaging/product change environment Experience working with data whether thats collation, analysis, or reporting Your Bowl of Perks (Benefits)Competitive salary & Annual Flexible benefits We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your wellbeing, career, and life outside work.
